About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Blueberry Labs ("we", "us") to design, build, host or maintain a website. Your written quote may add details for your project. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote applies.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse this site and contact us. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or copy its design and content for your own commercial use without permission.
Quotes and scope
Before work starts we agree on a written quote describing the pages, features and deliverables. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages or features, is quoted separately before we begin it.
Payments
Payment amounts, schedule and methods are agreed in your quote before any work begins. Monthly plans such as Hosting and Care are billed as agreed in the quote. If a payment is significantly overdue, we may pause work or services after letting you know.
Your content
You're responsible for the text, photos, logos and business details you give us, and for having the right to use them. Please make sure your contact details, prices and any licences or claims shown on your site are accurate and up to date.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, the website design and content created for you belong to you. Domains we register for you are registered in your name. We may reuse general code, tools and techniques that aren't specific to your business. With your permission, we may show your project in our portfolio.
Hosting and Care
If you're on our Hosting and Care plan, we host your website, keep backups and make small content updates on request. Larger changes are quoted separately. You can end the plan with notice as agreed in your quote, and we'll help you move your site elsewhere.
Third-party services
Websites depend on services we don't control, such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, Google and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply, and we can't be responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions such as search rankings or listing verification.
Limitation of liability
We work carefully and fix problems we cause. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We'd always prefer to sort things out with a conversation first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect projects already agreed in writing.
